We are endlessly grateful to Executive Chef Hiroki Fujiyama who was a pioneer in bringing his authentic, Kyoto-inspired omakase and hospitality to the Philadelphia dining scene. 

We are immensely proud of our culinary team, and the team members who created an unforgettable experience.
