THE NEW OMAKASE EXPERIENCE
Executive Chef Hiroki Fujiyama transforms the omakase experience at Hiroki, a Michelin-recognized restaurant, steeped in ancient culinary tradition from his native Kyoto.
The approximately twenty-plus course experience, with a nod to kaiseki, showcases a balance of techniques, temperatures and flavorful combinations of sea and land, followed by Chef Hiroki’s signature nigiri course.

SAKE & DRINKS
We offer an optional sake pairing of seven to eight selections, carefully sourced from different styles and grades across Japan including Kubota, Tengumai, Dassai, and Hakkaisan.
Guests can also select from a list of sakes by the glass as well as wine, beer and a highly curated list of Japanese whiskies.
